Shipping Policy

At Dolly Lou Fabrics we want you to have an excellent experience. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

CANADIAN ORDERS:
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).

Orders greater than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free!

Orders less than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.95.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We do offer free local pickup, for those that may live close by. Select "Pick Up" as your delivery method at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready with a set of instructions.

UNITED STATES ORDERS:

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post International services, and all duties and taxes (if applicable) will be at your expense. Due to the nature of Canada Post's international services, tracking is only available within Canada. Once the parcel transfers carriers when entering the US, you will no longer have any tracking visibility.
